The Leber Group is a privately held company focusing on developing, designing and manufacturing modern playgrounds. We develop technologies to meet safety requirements around the world. Process of playgrounds producing often starts with only an idea. If the concept appears attractive after many drafts and discussions, we develop a prototype, certify it and supply it to the market. This approach guarantees our customers incredible quality and total safety of children's equipment. Moreover, we carefully evaluate the material which is involved in the production and choose the best options.
We work in a variety of markets. Started from Eastern Europe, we are boosting our divisions in Asia, South-Eastern Europe and spread our high standards to the USA market. Leber's playgrounds make children happy in a lot of countries mostly such as Russia, Kazakhstan and Mongolia.
Leber has a large production and warehouse complex. Since 2010, the company has been maintaining the high quality standards adopted in the field of children's play equipment. Warehouse complex
The purpose of the warehouse complex is to ship any batch of products within three days from the moment the order is placed. To do this, the company's specialists form a warehouse program at the beginning of the year, based on sales statistics and on the products included in the projects. The Leber company offers customers, design organizations and government agencies to launch the production of a batch of products "without obligation".
We know that high-quality MAFs will always find their buyers in the season of high demand. To store such a huge volume of products, we built a warehouse complex with an area of 4,350 m2, equipped with landing stages for loading, four-level racks and a well-thought-out address storage system. To control the completeness of any product, since 2018, the company has implemented a system for using bar-coding packages with components.

To help in choosing the best elements for the playground, as well as to prepare technical documentation for the tender, the company's constructors and designers are always ready to create a visualization of the customer's playground. Quality standards
The Leber Group company performs construction and installation work and supplies products mainly in Moscow and the Moscow Region. However, among our clients, there are construction companies and government agencies from Yaroslavl, Tver, Arkhangelsk and other regions.
Leber Group has certificates of conformity for all supplied products and materials used. The supplied products are accompanied by product passports, assembly diagrams and necessary fasteners. This allows our customers to independently mount children's play and sports equipment. The Leber Group Construction and Installation Department consists of 30 assembly teams of experienced assemblers and welders with certificates. The Leber Group company has a certificate of admission to the types of work that affect the safety of capital construction facilities (Certificate of SRO).
Leber Group products meet the high safety requirements for children's play equipment. All game complexes are adapted for installation in open areas of public use. The design and manufacture of products is carried out on the basis of state standards and the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union "On the safety of equipment for children's playgrounds" (TR EAEU 042/2017).
Protruding nails, freely protruding ends of steel ropes or sharp parts are not allowed.
Corners, edges and parts protruding more than 8 mm within the space occupied by the user and not protected by adjacent areas located at a distance of not more than 25 mm from the end of the protruding part, must be rounded.
On slides with a free fall height of more than 1000 mm, a handrail or crossbar must be provided across the opening.
When installing handrails, railings or fences on ladders and ladders, they must start from the lowest level of the ladder or ladder.
The sides of the starting section must be continuous along the entire length and be a continuation of the sides of the sliding section and have a height of 100 to 500 mm.
Hills should have a final section with a radius of curvature R> 50 mm and a height above the ground from 200 to 350 mm.
To protect children from falling from the equipment, railings and fences are equipped.
Closed sections of tunnel slides must have a minimum internal height and width of at least 750 mm.
Polypropylene nets and ropes are crimped on specialized equipment, which gives the product reliability and safety.
The beam cut and fasteners are closed with plastic plugs.
The equipment must not allow the head, neck, body parts and clothes of the child to get stuck.
